Reservations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance to ensure availability. To secure your desired appointment date and time, we highly recommended booking ahead. All reservations can be made by contacting the Spa directly by email at sageandoakspa@gmail.com or through Facebook Messenger. We ensure a 24-hour response to all inquiries.
Arrival Time
Please arrive no more than 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. New guests will be asked to fill out an intake form. To avoid disruptions to others guests’ appointments, it’s essential that treatments end at the scheduled time. If you anticipate being late, please contact us promptly.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our services, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled spa service(s). This fee must be settled prior to scheduling any future appointments. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation in respecting our cancellation policy.

Special Assistance or Change of Condition
If you require any special assistance, please inform us at the time of booking. For existing clients, please notify us if there have been any changes to your health so that we can update your intake form and provide you with the best possible service.

Spa Gift Certificates
Indulge someone special with the gift of relaxation and well-being. Our Spa and Oak Spa gift certificates are available in any denomination and can be used towards treatments or products of their choice. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. We highly recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
